We love this home, and the location to King University (our main reason for visits). AND Maraya is super responsive for any questions, even when she is on vacation. Very nice home, and neighborhood. Will always try to make reservations here first for all future trips to Bristol.

Great place to stay, i was lucky to have Maraya as my hostess, she is amazing and the place was like staying at home, thank you we will be back.

We have 2 dedicated parking spaces in the back of the house that are marked “Cedar Valley Cottage”- if there is an additional vehicle it needs to be parked on the street in front of the house- as the driveway is shared by a separate rental apartment-
