We loved the house. The furniture and beds were comfortable. She had a notebook with a lot of information about the house, restaurants & what needed to be done when we leave. It was in a good location with restaurants not far away. It is 30 minutes from Jonesborough. We were there for the Storytelling Festival. We hope to stay there again in the future.

We had 5 people during our stay, and Maraya's place was perfect for us! There were plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. I appreciated that there were ice cubes in the freezer, and there was a coffeemaker as well as a Keurig. As noted in other reviews, it's not on a "busy" street but people drive fast, so take care when you're turning into the driveway as well as taking out the garbage if the can is at the street. The wifi, TV, and thermostat were all easy to use.

We were not able to get a room at the nearby Marriott resort and conference center but as it turns out, that was a lucky break because we got to stay close by at this place. Perfect for two of us, plenty of room and amenities and much more economical option than the conference center.

this place is very quaint and quiet. it is everything we need. we stay here every time we come to visit relatives, as long as it's available. very clean and comfortable. we will be back again soon.

We love this home, and the location to King University (our main reason for visits). AND Maraya is super responsive for any questions, even when she is on vacation. Very nice home, and neighborhood. Will always try to make reservations here first for all future trips to Bristol.
